Between work, family, and the mental load of it all, confidence can easily slip away. That’s why I created Mindful Mama — a monthly, come-as-you-are workshop series for women who are ready to reconnect, recharge, and rediscover their confidence in community.
This month’s theme is Reclaiming Your Confidence — and we’ll be gathering in a beautiful, welcoming space thanks to my incredible partner, Laro Tayo, who just opened their new location right here in Kent!
Together, we’re creating a cozy, judgment-free space where moms can exhale, eat (yes, bring your dinner!), and explore what it means to feel grounded and capable again—without pretending everything’s perfect.
Expect laughter, real talk, and easy, evidence-based tools you can use between soccer practice and bedtime chaos.
